Noella Coursaris Musunka
Noella is the Founder of Malaika, a non-profit that aims to empower Congolese girls through education and health programs. Her philanthropic dedication has made her a sought-after speaker, presenting at UNICEF and Cambridge University, alongside Princess Caroline of Hanover and President Clinton, as well as being featured in CNN, the BBC, Vanity Fair and Vogue.

An experienced investor of Nigerian, German and Scottish descent, Temi has lived and worked across 4 continents and travelled to over 40 countries — committing over half a billion dollars in capital to tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges. As a nonprofit leader with an expertise in impact technology companies, nonprofits, and charitable fundraising, Dominic has raised over $50M in venture and philanthropic capital during his career and has been featured in multiple media publications such as NBC, Forbes, CBS, Entrepreneur, and BBC World News.
Karen Karponai is a business development professional with a career spanning over 17 years. She has held management positions with Fortune 500 to family-owned businesses, and has since launched Korponai Consulting LLC. Most recently, Karen played a strategic role in the growth of the Akon Lighting Africa initiative bringing solar energy to 1 million rural households in 17 countries.
